What are the delivery costs?

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to Ireland on all orders over €50 for standard size items. Standard size items are those which weigh less than 25kg or not considered oversize.

For all orders under €50 we charge a flat rate of €6.

Items that are above 25kg or considered to be oversize will have shipping calculated at checkout.

What is the Dispatch Time?

For in stock items, all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Average transit time once the item has been dispatched is 1-2 business days**

**Please note: Although all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, we cannot guarantee a date for delivery. Sometimes couriers do have delays, so we kindly ask that you to follow up with the Courier using the tracking info provided.

What about 24-Hour Delivery?

For an additional charge of €10 we can prioritise your order, and ensure it is shipped same day (order needs to be placed before 11am Mon to Thu only). We then rely on the Courier to deliver in 24 Hours. If the Courier fails to deliver the following day we will refund the €10 charged**

**Please note during high volume holiday periods Couriers may struggle to get parcels delivered next day, therefore we can not offer a refund in Peak Periods. We will ensure however that we process your order same day and hand it over to the Courier.

Do you ship outside UK/Ireland?

Yes, we ship to all of mainland Europe. Shipping costs will vary depending on address.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.
